BUILDINGS FOR REFUGE IN CASE OF A TSUNAMI

• Tall Buildings assigned as Refuge in case of a “Tsunami”. In low-lying areas (plains), where there is no time and / or the possibility of finding a mountain “Takadai” to take refuge, tall buildings will be used as local emergency refuge for the “Tsunami”. They are usually places where it is not allowed to enter, in case of emergency these buildings will be released and used as a local emergency shelter.
